Serbian Entrepreneurs launched its seventh city — London!

Serbian Entrepreneurs is a pay-it-forward global network of entrepreneurs fostering the Serbian startup ecosystem. The apolitical, areligious, non-affiliated organisation currently has 120+ members in seven cities.

On 20th September 2018, the inaugural event was hosted at the Embassy of Serbia in London and was attended by forty members of the entrepreneurial community. The event was opened by the London chapter founder Petar Savic.

Mr Veljko Jelenkovic, Third Secretary of the Embassy, pointed out the importance of digital innovations and shared his support for the Serbian Entrepreneurs’ contribution to the development of startups in Serbia .

Philip Thomas, a founding member of the San Francisco chapter, welcomed new members with an overview of the history and goals of the Serbian Entrepreneurs organisation.

Three local startups pitched their companies at the event:

Huge thanks to Embassy of Serbia for hosting us and providing the drinks, Tadinka Nougats for the snacks, and Serbian Entrepreneurs London Co-Director Milena Stojkovic.

The next Serbian Entrepreneurs London event will be hosted on 19th October.
