RESTORE at FORA – Getahead Festival: State On Demand and Ari Peralta present ‘Immersive Wellness’
The session will cover the importance of self care strategies for mental (and physical) resilience, immersive and multisensory wellness – merging science with traditional sound and frequency healing modalities, new technologies and platforms. We will be offering guests the opportunity to sample some of State On Demands products with function music selected by Tom Middleton.
The week-long festival will feature a host of wellbeing classes, panel discussions and workshops all specifically curated to improve your mental and physical wellbeing. Featuring the likes of Tortoise, Sport England, Rob Da Bank’s Sleep Retreat, Sarah Gorman, Nell Body Clinic and Soho Radio, we’ll be hosting everything from HIIT classes with Sarah Gorman, to poignant mental health discussions, to breathwork.
