Early on in her career, during the height of the dot com boom, Reshma Sonomi worked in M&A and venture capital across B2B Software and Internet services businesses in the US and India. She also had a helping hand in building MakeMyTrip (NASDAQ) in its formative days.

Following on from this, Reshma Sonomi went to INSEAD and earned her MBA, fell in love with Europe and stayed on to work in Commercial and Marketing Strategy at Vodafone. Starting Seedcamp in 2007 was a once in a lifetime opportunity and one that she jumped into with a strong desire to help the European founder realize global success.

We talk with Reshma about how to grow early stage startups, what they need to do in order to get to the next level and discuss the main pitfalls they usually struggle with and how to avoid them.
