Unlocking Healthy Longevity in Singapore: Investing in the Future of Healthspan by Petar Savic (Prem Sangeet)
As a Venture Scientist and General Partner at Supreme Factory, my work has always been at the intersection of academic rigor and scalable innovation. My mission is simple: to find the protocols, the science, and the technologies that don’t just add years to our lives, but life to our years.
That mission is taking me back to Singapore this February. Often cited as a “Blue Zone 3.0,” Singapore isn’t just a place where people live longer – it’s a living laboratory where policy, environment, and cutting-edge medicine converge. This month, I am honored to contribute to that ecosystem as a panelist and a judge/mentor at the Unlock Healthy Longevity Conference 2026.
The Shift: From Sick-Care to Precision Geromedicine
We are currently witnessing a massive paradigm shift. For decades, medicine has focused on treating age-related diseases after they appear. The NUS Academy for Healthy Longevity at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine is flipping the script.
Led by world-renowned experts, the Academy is pioneering Precision Geromedicine – a field dedicated to targeting the biological process of aging itself. Their mission aligns perfectly with our mandate at Supreme Factory: translating groundbreaking clinical trials into real-world practice and scalable ventures so that health and vitality are attainable for as long as possible.
Mentoring the Next Frontier of Longevity Startups
One of the most exciting parts of my role at this conference is serving as a judge and mentor for the Longevity Startup Competition. In my experience building venture studios, the “valley of death” between a lab discovery and a consumer product is where most innovation fails. My goal as a judge is to help these startups bridge that gap, ensuring that the most promising health innovations actually reach the people who need them.
