Diana Mundo @dianam002 Lead UX at 7digital – Passionate about music, she is transforming the way we listen to it by designing multichannel experiences. Previously working as Senior User Experience Analyst at Accenture. Diana has a wealth of experiences around Designing for multiple channels.
Diana will talk about the importance of designing context-aware experiences. She will focus the talk on 7digital’s products and how each of their services (responsive website, Android and iOS apps) targets a different type of user each with their own needs and technology restrictions.
Ross Holloway – Lead UX Architect at Ford – He has worked in a variety of roles from content strategy and business analysis, and in recent years focused on UX. For the past couple of years he has been leading on first fully responsive site for Ford Motor Company in Europe
Ross will cover the context of small screen and what we really mean by ‘contexts’, the places people use them, the ergonomics and the emotional relationships are all different and need to be considered
