Steve O’Hear is a technology executive, currently at Zapp, the rapid-delivery company building the future of convenience retail. As VP of Strategy, he works closely with the company’s founders to help develop Zapp’s strategy and ensure business goals align with the company’s leadership principles and commitment to becoming the most customer-focused brand in the sector. Prior to joining Zapp, Steve spent nearly 15 years as a technology and business journalist, including over 10 years as a reporter for TechCrunch, the leading global technology news site, where he focussed on the UK/European startups, companies and venture capital.
